About Maya
Operator first,
consultant second.
I spent six years running strategy inside companies before going independent — so I advise like someone who has to live with the consequences.
The short version of a long story.
I started my career in-house: first in operations, then leading strategy for a B2B services group through two acquisitions. I learned what actually moves numbers — and how much consulting theatre gets in the way of it.
In 2017 I went independent with a laptop, a dozen relationships, and a hypothesis: founders don't need 80-slide decks, they need sharper thinking and someone senior in the room. Nine years and 120+ engagements later, the hypothesis holds.
Today I work with a maximum of four clients at a time — founders, partners, and solo operators across logistics, finance, creative services, and SaaS. Every engagement is delivered by me personally. There is no team to hand you down to, because there is no team.

How I work
Four principles, no exceptions.
I.
Revenue or it didn't happen
Every recommendation ties to something you charge, say, or sell next quarter. If it doesn't move a commercial number, we cut it from the plan.
II.
Senior only, always
You hired me, you get me — on every call, every draft, every decision. I take four clients at a time so that stays true.
III.
Diagnose before prescribing
I interview your buyers, read your lost deals, and sit in on sales calls before I recommend anything. Context first, frameworks second.
IV.
Leave the engine running
You keep every template, playbook, and system we build — documented so your team runs them long after our last session.
